Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Free Shipping on orders over $75: 5–8 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Doubt Out Training is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
